How We Protect Your Project
Planning Path Guarantee
If your first planning application is refused for reasons we should reasonably have foreseen, we prepare and submit one revised application at no additional design fee.
Fixed‑Fee Scope Lock
Your agreed scope and fee are fixed in writing. Any optional extras are priced and approved by you before we proceed.
Timeline Credit Promise
If we miss our agreed internal design / submission dates by more than X weeks (excluding client‑caused delays), we credit €500 or upgrade you to a 3D walkthrough at no cost.
What Does Design‑to‑Keys™ Cost?
Most clients invest from €17,500 for a full Design‑to‑Keys™ service, typically around 7% of build cost (minimum fee applies).
For larger or more complex projects, we’ll confirm a fixed fee once we’ve reviewed your site and brief.
Need Full Project & Cost Management?
For clients who want us to manage the builder and day‑to‑day costs, we offer an Executive Build Oversight package from 10% of construction cost (minimum €30,000).
