Our specialist Surveyors and Engineers will complete physical testing throughout your home to ensure moisture levels of materials fall within recommended ranges. Our damp survey, worth €240, comprises testing that can identify hidden issues that could be caused by humidity, historic water leaks, water ingress, rising damp, poor ventilation, etc. Results from our damp meter tests on concrete, timber, plasterboard, etc. will be included in your final report, including comprehensive advice on interpreting the readings, and detailed recommendations for repair of any issues that are identified.
